KEH, the pioneering camera re-commerce company, stands as the largest curated marketplace for used photo and video gear.

As they aimed to meet the rising demand from eco-conscious, younger consumers for unique secondhand items, they were looking for a brand refresh that emphasized their industry-leading grading, repair service, and unique character.

Our goal was to highlight their dedicated, cross-generational team of experts and the vast diversity of their inventory. We crafted a brand that resonates with human values, distinguishing KEH from the standard transactional tone of most camera stores.

Embracing our ethos of 'doing more with less' by amplifying the core of KEH.

Our growth strategy leverages two critical existing assets: the extensive collection of rare cameras and the unparalleled expertise of their staff. Instead of directly selling these unique cameras, we use them to ignite curiosity. Concurrently, we utilize the staff's deep knowledge and expertise to educate beginners to mid-level photographers. These dual approaches lay the foundation for building communities centered around the brand, fostering engagement and growth.
